Overview

Structure​

The ISE configuration is divided into six high level sections:

  • identity_management: Endpoint and user identity management
  • network_resources: Network resources related configuration, such as network device groups and devices
  • network_access: Network access policy related configurations, such as policy elements and sets
  • device_administration: Device administration related configurations, such as policy elements and sets
  • trust_sec: TrustSec related configurations, such as SGTs and SGACLs
  • system: System level configurations, such as repositories and licensing

Additional Resources​

The Data Model describes how to create resources but not what functional purpose they serve within the ISE configuration. For more information about ISE please visit the documentation.
