Unified Branch Learning Lab

This guide is the main documentation hub for Unified Branch as Code learning labs. It contains two complete paths:

• Quick Path (Automated) — GitHub Actions based workflow with no local installs
• Comprehensive Path (Manual) — hands-on local execution with Terraform and test tools

Version 2 baseline

This lab documentation is aligned to Branch as Code v2.0.0 (May 2026).

Key v2 updates include:

• Medium and large branch support (including warm spare designs)
• New-style template structure with expanded tftpl usage
• Third-party VPN peers, IP SLA monitoring, adaptive policy, and Splunk webhooks
• Updated CI/CD flow and root-level model generation workflow

Lab Access

This lab is delivered through Cisco Learning Labs (Self-Serve Labs). It consists of two small branches (an appliance, switch, and access point in each branch) and a pre-deployed hub.
